Our Health Care Heroes 10th Annual Dinner will be held at the Montecito Country Club, Sunday, October 5th 2008, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. We will be honoring two very special individuals for having made significant contributions in our community to healthcare and to the mission of SBNC in providing it. Please check back for the unveiling of their names!

Health Care Heroes began in 1999 as a way to thank publicly individuals who have made a significant contribution in our community to healthcare and to the mission of SBNC in providing it.

Following are the levels of sponsorship available:

• "PhD of Philanthropy": $10,000 with 10 seats for dinner
• "Health Care Visionary": $5,000 with 8 seats for dinner
• "The Candy Striper": $3,500 with 6 seats for dinner

Sponsors will receive, depending upon the level of sponsorship and special requests, preferred table seating, links on our website, table toppers, mentions in the invitation and mailings, and inclusion in our media campaign.

If you would like to purchase a table of 8 without sponsorship benefits, it is $1,400.00 Individual seats are available for $175 per person. $75 of each ticket or sponsorship dinner seat is tax deductible, with no exchange of goods or services.

On behalf of those who benefit from the care we provide to them, our staff, our Board and the entire Santa Barbara community, we thank you for your consideration in these sponsorship opportunities and look forward to seeing you at our Health Care Heroes Annual Dinner October 5th, 2008!

Tickets are available now for $175 each and can be purchased through PayPal. When you click on PayPal to donate or purchase tickets, you set up your own account and password. With a PayPal account you can use PayPal on other sites such as eBay. When you see the request "Shipping Address" for your mailing address and information, please fill this out. Nothing will be shipped to you. This is simply how we track our donor information and how you will receive your receipt of donation. If you are purchasing tickets, no tickets will be shipped to you. Your name will be at the door of the Health Care Heroes event and seats purchased will be reserved in your name.
